  • Former Sr. VP with the Arvida Corporation. Developed sales team from 55 to 180 associates, market share from 5% to 20%. 1989-1997
  • The Keyes Company for Palm Beach and Northern Counties in Florida. Luxury Marketing Strategist & Consultant, and Realtor Associate. Number one in individual sales production (non-team) of $35 million 1st year. 1997–2000
  • Owner and Broker of DeFalco Real Estate Group for 18 years. 2000–2018
  • Owned and managed a $35 million dollar RE portfolio. 2000–2017
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1978.
